🛍️ Order Queries or Returns

Please include your order number and email ID used at checkout when contacting us for faster resolution.

At Teefy.in, we take pride in creating quality Print-on-Demand (POD) products made especially for you. Since every order is custom-made, we only offer returns or exchanges under the conditions below:

✅ Returns & Exchanges – Eligibility

• We accept returns or exchanges only if:
• You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• The product has printing errors or is significantly different from what you ordered.
• You report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• You must share a short video clearly showing the defect/damage to help us verify the issue quickly.

⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns for size issues unless it was a mistake from our side. Please refer to the size chart before placing an order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Customized products (unless defective)
• Late return requests (after 3 days)

📦 Return Process

• A short video clearly showing the defect or damag1–2 clear photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue
• Our team will review your request within 1–2 working days.
• If the return or exchange is approved, we’ll provide you with further instructions for the return or replacement process.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), a refund or replacement will be issued as applicable.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

📍 Important Notes

We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders – eligible refunds for such orders will be processed via UPI/Bank Transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless it’s a mistake on our part.
